“Bad Mad” is Chuck A Beat’s fierce power anthem — a raw, unapologetic call for women to rise, reclaim their strength, and walk away from abuse with their heads held high.
The True Story Behind "Bad Mad"
I wrote this song because I was sick of hearing, almost every day on the news, that another woman had been killed by a partner or ex-partner. I also personally knew a woman who went through this kind of abuse. The anger and sadness built up until I had to turn it into something that could give others courage — something that screams, “You don’t have to stay.”
The moment I started writing, I wasn’t thinking about radio play or structure — I was thinking about survival, defiance, and that moment when fear turns into power. “Bad Mad” came from that place — raw, emotional, and honest. Every line carries a piece of that fight. It look a few months to find the right voice as I wanted a young sounding voice for this track as it's normally young women who think that there isn't a way out of a domestic situation and when I heard Marina's voice I knew she was the right fit so now she is part of the Chuck A Beat team.
The Intent
This song isn’t just for women who’ve already escaped; it’s for those standing on the edge, scared but ready. I wanted to write something that felt like a hand reaching out — an anthem that says, *you’re not weak for leaving, you’re brave for surviving.*
“Bad Mad” doesn’t glorify pain — it exposes it, then crushes it. It’s about walking away from control, reclaiming your heartbeat, and saying “no more” without apology.
The Music & Message
Musically, it rides on a gritty pop-rock groove — sharp guitar stabs, a pulsing bassline, and a vocal that shifts from fragile to fearless. The song starts intimate, almost whispered, and grows into a full-blown storm. By the final chorus, it’s no longer a cry for help — it’s a declaration of independence.
It’s for the women who packed their bags at midnight, for the ones who stayed too long but finally found their “enough.” It’s for anyone who’s ever been told they’re powerless — because this song proves the opposite.

Bad Mad Lyrics
[Intro – Spoken or whispered]
Shut up. Pack your bags.
All I see is red flags.
[Verse 1]
You hacked my laptop, tracked my phone
You must be living in another zone
To think this is okay to do
It’s a lot for a girl to chew
That must give you a clue — we’re through.
[Pre-Chorus]
You just wanna be in control
Like playing on your game console
But I’m not yours to own
You’re gonna leave me alone
[Chorus]
You’re bad, bad, bad
It makes me mad, mad, mad
It’s so sad, sad, sad
That you’re so bad, bad, bad
Wooo
[Verse 2]
Your blue eyes sucked me in
Now they only scream sin
You wrapped your hands around my throat
Then grabbed the damn remote
I took a mental note — stay afloat.
[Bridge]
You’re not entitled to me
So stop begging on one knee
You had your shot — you blew it
Now walk away and just do it
It's over — can't undo it
[Chorus]
You’re bad, bad, bad
It makes me mad, mad, mad
It’s so sad, sad, sad
That you’re so bad, bad, bad
[Verse 3]
Your mamma may think you’re sweet
To me you’re just cruel deceit
You made it your goal
To make me feel small
But I won't crawl — I’ll stand tall.
Wooo, wooo.
[Breakdown – Spoken or low-energy]
I can’t take the heat (wooo)
I’d rather sleep in the street (wooo)
Than take another beating (wooo)
I won’t admit defeat
I'll rise — watch me repeat.
[Final Chorus – Strongest delivery]
You’re bad, bad, bad
It makes me mad, mad, mad
It’s so sad, sad, sad
That you’re so bad, bad, bad
Shut up, pack your bags
All I see is red flags.
